Lea Salonga sang really well, the costumes were very pretty and the carriage was a pleasant surprise!
However, instead of marveling at the love story, I was too focused on the following:
1. Cinderella is materialistic - she wishes to marry the prince just like everyone else.
2. It is not logical for one to fall in love with someone just minutes after knowing each other via a dance.
3. I won't even mention the fairy godmother.
4. Even the prince is shallow - he only noticed cinderella because she was well-dressed and pretty.
To sum it up, I'm too old for fairy tales!
